Alors que les enfants regardaient Itchy et Scratchy, Homer arrive et change de chaîne. Les enfants vont alors jouer dehors. En jouant, Bart coince son cerf-volant dans l'antenne, et la reception télé est mauvaise. Homer monte sur le toît pendant que les Simpson regarde si l'image vient. Homer finit par s'énerver, il tombe du toît au moment où l'image revient.
